Went in yesterday to look at some vehicles with Bobby the sales manager. Not totally sure on intending to buy or not. Bobby really did great taking me through the different process. I ended up leaving in my new vehicle same day. Excellent service highly recommend. Ask for Bobby!

when we arrived at Burlington Chevrolet for my appointment, we were immediately greeted by Louis Ruvo. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to show me the exact car I wanted within minutes. He did not try and push the sale, and was able to crunch numbers for me accordingly so that I could receive the best deal possible. He is great at making leasing a new car a positive, stress free experience. I will definitely be recommending Burlington Chevrolet to anyone asking me where they should go to find a new car, and that they should ask for Louis. Update: It’s been a few years now and I just traded in an Equinox for a Traverse with more room for my growing family. I have dealt with Brian for my last two purchases and he is always kind, straight forward, and willing to get you a great deal. Bobby in finance is also a pleasure! And of course always good to see Louis who sold me my first couple cars before he moved into finance. Thanks guys!

I was having some problems a little back in forth with the dealership about fixing some of the parts that became expensive ... until I ran into the service manager brain ... He is a true hero! He understood what was going on and made it right for me no question asked ... He is a true manager and made sure me and my kids were safe no back n forth. He got our air bag light to go off and handled the situation as a true manager would do. I definitely will be going back just because how he handled the situation. Thanks, from violet and the kids

Walt and Bobby made this car purchase such a wonderful experience. I didn’t spend hours at the dealership. They provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision and then made sure paperwork was ready for me to sign in a timely manner. I do not enjoy purchasing cars because you spend all day at the dealership but this wasn’t the case at Burlington Chevy. Optimal customer service so I will be back!

Great people there at the dealership. Brian is an amazing sales person. Helped me with my trade in and get into a new lease. Reached out over phone on a vehicle I was interested in. Discussed my trade in and price, visited them next day. Was in and out quickly. Louis the finance manager was awesome. Thank you for the lighting quick paperwork. Shout out to Mike the internet coordinator as well. One of the best dealerships to work with hands down. Do give them a try if you’re in the market for a vehicle, you won’t be disappointed.

We were extremely hesitant about buying a Chevrolet after having engine failure x3 in our 2023 Tahoe. We brought the Tahoe into Burlington Chevrolet to see what they could do to help us after being told by Ciocca it was worthless. From Fred in the service department to Bobby in sales and Robert in Finance I could not have asked for a better experience. They were honest, patient and worked miracles to give us the most on our trade in and the best price for our new car. I can't thank them enough for all of their help and this will be the only Chevy dealership we go to.

The whole experience took about an hour and a half. he went through all the details of how things worked on my new car. The best service

Great place to buy a Chevy car or truck

Went in for oil change to my 2025 2500HD lifted truck with less then 5,000 miles on 3/20/26 and 10 minutes of sitting in waiting room the Service Manager comes out to speak to me and says the tech hit a pole with my $118,000 truck and wants to show me. I was fuming, he says we will repair it. It looks minor but I think the bed is going to have to be replaced or atleast the panel. Not sure about the damage to the rear of the cab. The door and handle should be no problem. I didn't hear from them Saturday or Monday morning, so I stopped in. He is in a meeting is what I was told. This is not the first time I have had an issue with the service department. Last time was with my 2018 1500 $86,000 truck. I have bought my last 4 trucks at this place and this is the service I get. My wife wanted to purchase a tahoe a few years back and the salesman told her to work several overtime shifts for the ridiculous payment they came up with, mind you her credit was in high 7's. If this how the owners let the staff to operate, wow. This is not the first bad review I have supplied. Someone needs to make this right ASAP. Spoke GM this afternoon, very compassionate and assured everything will be taken care of it is 100% there fault. Just waiting for a truck for me to have while being fixed. Thank you.

I thought that slippery and deceptive sales tactics were reserved for low-level, fly by night used car dealers. Apparently, this extends to franchised dealerships as well. When I said I couldn’t make it, and shortly thereafter (less than 10 minutes) said I could actually stop by that same day, I was told it was sold. So had it been sold all along? Or did it coincidentally fly off their lot in the minutes that Burlington Chevrolet’s manager, Brian, thought I wouldn’t make it. Were they going to let me come out just to say it’s been sold, all while telling customers it was available, knowing I was coming to see it? Very unscrupulous and deceptive. Brian’s response which immediately shifted to a “we” response, indicates that he was well aware that I was wise to his manipulative sales tactic.
